Forgotten Materials｜Embellished Parka

Inspired by the M65 parka, the base pattern has been reworked to suit a modern silhouette and fit.
Crafted from textiles developed by Japanese weaving mills, the fabric is treated with pleating to
enhance its natural depth and layering, and further enriched with embroidery and beading for added
detail.
The buttons are a combination of custom-designed metal buttons, hand-dyed coconut shell buttons,
and buttons made from dead-stock fabrics, highlighting the piece’s refined craftsmanship.
